Job Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Hong Kong
Job Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Team in managing contractors and programming schedules to ensure that projects are delivered up to time and to budget
- Coordinate the flow of information between clients, consultants, and contractors from project inception through to handover
- Maintain records and information and to ensure that such information is handled in accordance with proper procedure
- Assist Project Manager / Construction Manager in establishing the construction plan and engineering methods, project safety and environment programs, monitoring the project schedule and budget
Requirements
- Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Fit Out or A&A project
- Team focus, Self-motivated, Reliable, Meticulous, Well-organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills including MS office
