Job Role: Interior Designer

Responsibilities
- Make necessary calculations, analyse data, interpret clients’ design sketches and specifications, produce neat and clear sketch plans, submission/contract drawings
- Produce graphical information for presentation to client employing the use of computer media
- Highlight technical problems and suggest solutions for decision-making
- Understand survey drawings and site measurements and produces any necessary plans and elevations
- Understand and work from structural and building services drawings
- Review and analyse usage of interior space and to analyse restrictions on usage
- Use colors, render simple washes and reproduce color schemes using manual and/or computer media
- Construction of models for feasibility studies
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Interior Design related discipline or other similar qualifications;
- At least 5 years on-the-job training on sketches, layout plans and working details for design is essential, with multinational corporate exposure and advantage;
- Proficiency in operating AutoCAD, Adobe illustrator & Photoshop;
- Familiar with design procedures and contract documentations especially specifications;
- Good drawings and record management;
- Knowledge of interior / construction practices and procedures;
- knowledge of BIM Revit is an advantage;
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
