Job Role: Building Services Engineer

Location: Hong Kong
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and scheduling of the project, including co-ordination and supervision of M&E installation, testing and commissioning
Assist in monitoring the progress of the jobs by visiting the sites and liaising with the Project Team
Highlight any potential problems and recommended solutions
Attend meetings and establish business relationship with the clients, consultants and trade contractors

Requirements

Diploma or above in Building Services / Engineering related discipline or other similar qualifications
At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in commercial fit out, alterations and additions projects with multi-national corporate exposure
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work within tight deadlines
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
Good communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English
