Job Role: Assistant Safety Officer

Responsibilities

Promote a positive safety first culture within the company and all project works that are undertaken
Responsible for site safety and environmental inspection and report preparation
Conduct safety training and toolbox talk to the construction workers.
Facilitate a healthy and safe work environment for employees and workers
Ensure all site activities comply with relevant health, safety and environmental legislations client standards and contractual requirements
Assist company for accident and incident investigation
Assist company to conduct Safety Audit as per statutory requirement
Prepare safety report and other paper works

Requirements

Diploma or above in related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
On site experience in builder works, Fit Out and A&A projects with multinational corporate exposure is an advantage
Good knowledge in ISO Requirements (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) is an advantage
Self-motivated, mature, responsible, ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Good command of written English and Chinese
Proficient in PC skills including MS office
