With the latest RWS 2.0 expansion plan, Resorts World Sentosa was undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of its existing hotels and attractions, transforming the integrated resort into a sustainable and innovative tourism destination. TCG was appointed by Resorts World Sentosa to execute the first stage of refurbishment work, which includes additions and alterations to nearly 200 guestrooms from Level 2 to Level 4, two hotel lobbies, and three guest corridors across three levels of the former Festive Hotel—now rebranded as Hotel Ora, a business-leisure and work-vacation hotel in Sentosa Island.

As part of the scope of work, TCG renovated guestrooms and bathrooms, including demolishing existing finishes, installing new wallpaper to complement the lobby and corridor colour scheme, applying environmentally friendly carbon-neutral vinyl floor finishes, and creating bespoke joinery—including sofa beds, minibars, and timber doors—to align with Hotel Ora's new design theme.
