TCG was awarded a major refurbishment project to revitalise DB Schenker's APAC regional headquarters in Singapore, implementing the latest smart office infrastructure within a 17-week program.

As a logistics company, the space features an industrial theme with carefully curated items from the logistics and supply chain industry displayed throughout the office. The design balances this industrial aesthetic with greenery and warm colors, softening the overall look while reflecting DB Schenker's commitment to global sustainability. The architectural finishes flow seamlessly across levels, featuring distinctive elements such as suspended pallet-crate ceilings, a stainless-steel turbine ceiling above the Level 2 Innovation space, and ridged steel container wall finishes. These logistics-themed elements create a striking visual experience for visitors from the moment they enter through the secured turnstiles.
