This significant headquarters project involved TCG executing a comprehensive construction program, delivering a high-specification fit-out across 12 floors. The space features open and enclosed workplace formats, a retail training center, recording studio, 150-seat auditorium, two commercial kitchens, and a wellness center.

Demonstrating its commitment to employee development, the tech giant allocated nearly 40,000 sq ft of its headquarters to training facilities and a tech innovation center. The corporate home also includes an executive briefing center, press briefing room, and testing labs to support new product launches.
