TCG successfully completed the fit-out works for American Streaming Giant's new office. 35,000 sq ft of space was transformted into a sleek and modern workspace within a fast-track program of 12 weeks.

Following American Streaming Giant's expansion into additional leased space below their Level 14 office, we delivered addition and alteration (A&A) works. The project involved structural demolition for a connecting staircase between floors, custom joinery and architectural finishes, and state-of-the-art technology integration—including smart room booking systems that detect vacant meeting spaces.

The ceiling's curving pipes and the steel staircase's laser-cut railing panels showcase the bold red signature color from the streaming giant's palette. The space features creative design elements including repurposed movie launch signage, diner-style booths in the pantry, and a full-height feature wall with signage at the entrance.
