TCG delivered a complete office fit-out across three floors at DUO Tower for an American Multinational Energy Corporation.

The 26-week project encompassed 579 workstations and trading desks, 6 TR rooms, 96 meeting and office rooms, 6 pantries, a reception area, staff hub, library, mailroom, and utility room.

The three floors are connected by a new internal staircase. The reception area features a striking combination of Volakas marble walls, columns, and flooring, complemented by book-matched limestone cladding on the reception counter. This design draws inspiration from oil shale rock, reflecting the company's business nature.

The custom-built internal staircase includes structural modifications and combines a spray-painted steel structure with timber elements, stainless steel cladding, laminated tempered glass balustrades, decorative glass screens, and LED backlighting beneath the flights.
