TCG in Singapore hosts its inaugural Supply Chain Forum & Awards to celebrate its longstanding relationship with its partners

The event brought together TCG's (formerly ISG) preferred supply chain partners in Singapore to recognize their successes in the past year.

The forum was an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding achievements, with awards to recognize the key role supply chain has in enabling TCG (formerly ISG) to achieve optimal operational efficiency, offering the best customer experience in the industry. The nominations process included prequalification and a voting process, which involved all TCG's (formerly ISG) team members, who have any interface with the supply chain partners, throughout the entire project cycle.


TCG (formerly ISG) managing director for Middle East & South-East Asia, Steve Ramsden kicked off the event with the global business performance and introduced stakeholders to TCG's (formerly ISG) ‘Right thing first’ business strategy focusing on the importance of a synergy to ensure ISG’s global 2023 prospects.

Kelvin Hon, general manager of TCG (formerly ISG) in Singapore presented the unit’s structure, the work winning strategy and business prospects for 2023 and beyond. “This forum is the first of many, as it presents a great opportunity to recognize the outstanding achievements of our most trusted supply chain partners, who are essential to our success as a business.”


Construction director, George Soh, capitalized on the Absolute Completion Scorecard initiative and why operational efficiency is so important, while ensuring a seamless customer journey for an exceptional project delivery. He also presented results from the CX surveys and how TCG (formerly ISG) is constantly striving to improve the work process from bid to project delivery. TCG (formerly ISG) Sr project manager, Colin Choo, presented to the audience the outstanding projects delivered in the past year, with focus on the offices delivered for Standard Chartered bank, LinkedIn and the Sherlock commercial space. While Jonathan Lim, design manager presented the design and build capabilities at TCG (formerly ISG), using the latest tools in digital engineering including BIM to ensure a seamless and efficient project delivery. Supply chain manager Rosamay Asignor highlighted the importance of an integrated collaboration with our supply chain partners to ensure optimized use of resources and how the event was a rally call across our partners to continue improving industry practices. Damian Maskur, HSQE manager, shared TCG's (formerly ISG) health and safety strategy, and updated guests on the progress made to ensure implementation of safety measures throughout our sites, and TCG (formerly ISG) position as industry leaders in that aspect. HR manager, Michelle Sy, presented the social value initiatives championed by our team as a contribution to the community.


The event included ISG Value Awards which are aligned with the business core values, including the HSQE awards which recognise commitment to exemplary health, safety, and wellbeing management, and the Team’s choice category which recognises partners who have gone above and beyond to support in project delivery.
